Job Description For Bajaj Allianz Off Campus Drive 2022

Candidates will be primarily mapped to Retail Line of Distributions like Agency Sales & Virtual Office , with roles & responsibilities as –

Business Development & Relationship Management:

Conduct market mapping of the assigned location, conduct career seminars on regular basis at assigned location to increase distribution base & sourcing new business.
Drive the campaign/contest for the agents to drive sales in profitable segments.
Assist agents in pitching product to crucial customers & driving sales closure for the same.

Market Knowledge & IT awareness

To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the BAGIC brand and growing the brand

Intermediary & Relationship Management

Continuous training to be arranged to increase the productivity of the IMD cross sell.
Identify IMD’s based on their business & drive business planning with low performing IMD’s

Customer Service

Ensure customers receive timely & right communication ( policy, product information ) & handle customer grievances , if any
Assist customers in claim settlement as per policy commitments; represent customer claim to underwriting team on case to case basis.
