Job Description For Ciena Off Campus Drive 2023

Ciena’s Virtual Broadband Network Gateway team is looking for an engineer with computer Science or equivalent graduate degree to join the Quality Assurance and automation team.

The desired candidate must have strong analytical skills and expertise in at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
The ideal candidate would be passionate about end to end automation of testing BNG and CGNAT like Network Functions.
Be able to understand and develop test cases for the new features being developed by our software teams.
Strong scripting skills in Python and ability to understand end to end automation.
Troubleshoot software issues and work with software and system engineers to identify root cause.

Skills Required For Ciena Off Campus Drive 2023

Strong skills in Python and basic understanding of operating systems.
Comfortable developing and debugging in Linux environment.
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and basic understanding of a Broadband Network.
Motivation and capability to learn new technologies
