Job Description for MedPlus Off Campus Drive 2023 :

This “Strider” program is designed to hire, train and nurture the raw talent, from diverse pool of Indian youngsters, into future Retail managers of Medplus. We intend to give this opportunity of great retail career to the youngsters who are bright & talented but didn’t have the opportunity to prove themselves and build a fruitful career for themselves.
Medplus, being a leading retail corporate, offers the career opportunity under “Strider” program in the below-mentioned departments – Pharmacy Operations, Diagnostic Operations, Human Resources, Retail Business Development, Marketing, Supply Chain & Warehouse operations.

Eligibility:

10 + 2 qualification (Maths background preferred) + 3 years of work exp in any sales or any business operations.
Any Graduate + 2 years of work exp in any sales or any business operations.
Criteria for Existing MedPlus Group employees to appear for the exam & get selected:
Such employees must have completed min 2 years of service with Medplus group.
Such employees must have got the approval from his/ her HOD before the above-mentioned exam date.

Application & Evaluation Process:

Date of written Test – 03rd December 2022. The written test will be online (mobile-based). Carry a mobile phone with Andriod 9 and above version. A good internet connection with Sufficient data balance is required. An online assessment of 45 minutes will be conducted in the Exam Venue.

Based on applications received, candidates will be shortlisted for written test, and they will be informed through mail / SMS latest by 29th Nov 2022.
Hall ticket will be sent through mail latest by 01st Dec 2022. The candidate will need to bring the printout of the hall ticket ( candidate can show the hall ticket on his / her name & photo identity proof ( Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving License/ Passport) to the exam venue.
The test will comprise questions covering Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and reading comprehension.
Based on the performance in the exam, the Panel & HR interview round will be conducted for shortlisted candidates, on or before 08th Dec 2022 & offer letters will be issued to selected candidates.
