The Supplier Diversity team, embedded within the Global Procurement Organization, is part of the cross-functional group responsible for improving social conditions throughout Micron’s global supply chain while delivering value to the business. As a member of the Supplier Diversity & Inclusion team, you will be responsible for developing and performing strategic projects and/or programs in support of Micron’s corporate commitment to supplier diversity & inclusion.

You will work with key internal and external partners to build trusted partnerships while applying data to inform strategies to realize distinct and measurable benefits for that support program aims. Your responsibilities will also include benchmarking and problem solving to develop cohesive, best-in-class plans.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Project and Program Management

  • Support projects and programs using an organized and results-focused approach to achieve all goals within budget, timeline, and scope constraints.
  • Participate in cross-organizational teams to define, build and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize processes
