Job Description For Mouser Electronics Off Campus Drive 2022:

  • Responsible for formatting vendor price lists for entry into Mouser systems.
  • Reviewing vendor price lists and identify information pertinent to product investment, pricing, lifecycle, etc.
  • Analysis of vendor price lists and the differences between new data and the existing system data.
  • Responsible for preparing vendor price list data to update corresponding records in the system.
  • Perform part builds for suppliers wherein there are no Mouser part numbers in the system.
  • Detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking abilities while participating in the total quality process.
  • Ability to communicate, professionally and effectively, with all levels of the organization internally and with external customers.
  • Solid understanding of Cost Updates processes and guidelines.
  • Receive and format vendor price lists for entry into Mouser systems.
  • Review vendor price lists and identify information pertinent to product investment, pricing, lifecycle, etc.
  • Perform analysis of vendor price lists and the differences between new data and the existing system data
  • Prepare vendor price list data to update corresponding records in the system
  • Perform data entry using various computer programs, spreadsheet or database commands and format material as required.
  • Detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking abilities while participating in the total quality process.
  • Ability to communicate, professionally and effectively, with all levels of the organization internally and with external customers.
  • Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
  • Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
