Job Description For Nuclei Off Campus Drive 2022:

Own the end-to-end integration of Nuclei’s products and services with Partners.
Closely work with business team and take ownership of clients issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
If required travel to client’s office-place and resolve their issue with Partner’s team coordination
Ask clients targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Keep track of all the issues that came up and do periodic retrospection.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Maintain good relationships with clients.
Understand the End-to-end system on a high level./

Skills Required For Nuclei Off Campus Drive 2022

1+ years of experience in client focused positions involving technical knowledge of a company’s products or services.
Comfortable with basic data structures.
Familiar with Linux OS, MySql
Fast learner
Great Analytical skills.
